Portrait Corner — Custom Inquiries Only
A controlled, styled portrait experience offered within select meaningful gatherings and special events.
Portrait Corner is not full roaming event photography or general event coverage. Requests are reviewed individually based on the event, setup, timing, location, and creative fit.

A Few Details Before You Inquire
Booking Retainer
A booking retainer is required to reserve your session date. This retainer goes toward your total session price and is not an additional fee.
Mini Portrait final images are selected by Casa di Nzinga. Classic and Storyteller sessions include more time, planning, and image variety.
Payment Process & Scheduling
After your session details and date are confirmed, you will receive a Portrait Session Agreement, image-permission form, and secure Square invoice.
For sessions booked at least eight days in advance, a 30% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due either seven days or 72 hours before the session, depending on how far in advance the booking is made.
Sessions booked seven days or fewer in advance require full payment at booking.
Your invoice will clearly list the exact payment amounts and calendar due dates that apply to your session. A session is officially booked once the required payment and signed documents are received.
Complete cancellation, rescheduling, and payment terms are provided in the Portrait Session Agreement before booking.
Travel
Local travel is included for Oswego and surrounding suburbs, including Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Yorkville, Batavia, St. Charles, Oak Brook, Willowbrook, and Joliet. Locations outside this area may require a travel fee.
AVAILIBILITY
Casa di Nzinga offers portrait sessions on select weekdays and Saturdays. Exact availability is shared after your inquiry is reviewed.
Sunday is generally protected and unavailable for standard portrait sessions. Select Sunday dates may be considered for special Portrait Corner experiences.
